We advise that you pre-wash your fabrics prior to sewing with them as fabrics often shrink after washing..
We do not accept refunds on cut fabric, ribbons, elastics and trims unless found to be damaged during shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days.

The customer will pay for any shipping costs on return. We suggest you get a proof of postage receipt.
